I'm doing this. Sounds hard, apparently its all uphill then all downhill. That's what drew me to it anyway

Although I've not done the race I've run the route a few times on my lunch 'hour' and you're right its an up and down, but you are rewarded with some fabulous views once you get over the brow of the hill. Very scenic for a road run though the first 3k can get a bit of a drag. I'm sure you'll enjoy it.

Scenic, well attended, great local race with a 'English village fete' feel. First 3 miles up hill on steady climb followed by 1 mile across moorland above the village then for a 2 mile sprint downhill to recover some lost time! Brilliant fully recommend it! 2016 race was in hot weather so a good challenge

It's a cracking 10k. Very relaxed attitude, my favourite race of the year. Saying that, it was very warm this year so very tough.
It's 4km uphill, quite steep, then very fast downhill and a sprint around a field at the end. 5 mins off my PB for the distance, but I went as fast as I could.
