Nice. Here's mine. 37 miles and £18 Organised by a scout troop and for the last 10 years has attracted the best of the uk ultra runners www.calderdalehike.org.uk/It does annoy me that this new one (and yours is a new one - the calderdale hike is in the original sseries of ultra events) of yours is 2-3 times the price - have you noticed ? £64 or £44 for short. I do get a little agitated about this new breed of events !!! However - it looks great (but is on a man made trail so is less 'challenging'. Have you noticed a difference in 'old skool' pricing to 'new events' pricing ?

Oh dear god... who invented smilies ?!? Thanks Claire. Yes - I'm firmly in the LDWA / Scouts pricing category too! My Calderdale Hike is in April and is a very very hard 40 miles if that's what you're talking about. Seriously tho - between you me clare and saul, we need to formulate an ultra training programme. Would be easy. It's just what we already do (offering peaks runs but in a more structured manner). All good !! where's that smiley button when you need it...
